I recently had jewellery valued by the Guild of Valuers & Jewellers in their main office in Bath. I dropped the jewellery off in their store first thing in the morning and it was ready for me to collect after lunch. This was an excellent and efficient service and I received a detailed typed report complete with photographs and an online copy which I was able to save to their special website. I am very pleased with the quality of the report and pleased they were able, on this occasion, to have it all completed for me on the day so that we did not have to leave the items away from home. I recommend this service to anyone requiring a valuation for insurance. Many thanks to the staff involved.

I sent an engagement ring to be valued for insurance purposes using their special delivery service. They provided secure packaging to ensure the ring was fully protected during transit. I received a phone call the following day confirming they had received the ring and explaining that the valuation could take up to 10 days, which had already been mentioned when I first enquired. The valuation was actually completed sooner than expected. I received a detailed digital valuation report, and once I paid the invoice, the ring was promptly returned via special delivery. Overall, the process was smooth, professional, and reassuring. I would highly recommend their service.

After some discussion I took our collection in with a value in mind for insurance purposes. 22 items delivered back to me one and a half days earlier than I expected. Superb work, very comprehensive and detailed service…. …scared the hell out of me, had I not had it valued I would have been grossly underinsured!

I just wanted to leave a little feedback after our event on Wednesday. Mandi was absolutely fantastic! We had accidently over booked slightly as some of the items were mulitstone/complicated but she did her best to get everyone fitted in and didnt complain once about our mistake.

I needed my engagement ring valued for insurance purposes as it was purchased in Dubai. Chris was extremely helpful and responded quickly to my emails and questions. On arrival I met with Dwain who was very nice and went through the valuation process.

I left my ring in to be valued at 09.30 and got a phonecall at 11.30 informing me the process was complete. Overall, I would highly recommend.

I had my engagement ring valued and the service was really efficient. I called in the morning, dropped it off and picked it up about 2 hours later (I did pay for a same day valuation) Pawel was really friendly and took the time to talk through all of the documents with me. I would definitely recommend and will use again! :)

Exceptional. For £30 I sat in their office with a valuer ( Leona Sammons ) for 90 minutes whilst she looked through my parents' jewellery box. It was an emotional experience for me as we recently lost both mom and dad. Leona and Stuart (who accompanied her) were very understanding. Leona identified the higher value pieces she suggested we value for auction, and I’ve received a PDF report listing each item in great detail, plus a Valuation report for items we will keep & insure. Their service has been terrific throughout. Quick and professional. I've had to change appointments several times and nothing has been a problem. Would not hesitate to recommend.
